DriverProfit is operated by Krzysztof Golebiowski, sole trader trading as Transport Kris.

Where we determine how and why personal data is processed, we act as controller. Full controller contact and correspondence details are provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Depending on use, we may process:

• account e-mail/identifier, hashed password, language and verification/account status;
• plan, billing cycle, Stripe customer/subscription/payment identifiers, payment status, amount/currency/tax data and cancellation/access status;
• extra quote purchases;
• route origin/destination and other route inputs;
• vehicle, fuel, cost and quote parameters;
• quote history/results;
• IP, browser/device, login/security and application/error logs;
• cookie/consent preferences;
• support/refund/complaint correspondence and transactional e-mail records;
• business name, billing country and VAT/tax ID where applicable.

DriverProfit does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or CVC; Stripe processes card data.

We use data:

• to create/manage your account and provide DriverProfit — contract/pre-contract steps;
• to calculate quotes/routes — contract/service request;
• to process/administer payments/subscriptions — contract and legal obligations;
• to prevent fraud/abuse and secure the service — legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligations;
• to keep accounting/tax/legal records — legal obligation and/or legitimate interests in legal claims;
• to provide support — contract and legitimate interests;
• for non-essential analytics/marketing only where a valid consent or other lawful basis applies.

Any marketing consent must be separate from Terms acceptance.

Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where restricted-transfer rules apply, we use/rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as adequacy arrangements, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful mechanism.

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary. Criteria include account status, quote history, tax and accounting requirements, payments, refunds and payment disputes, security and fraud prevention, limitation periods for claims and backup cycles.

When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. Account closure does not require deletion of records we must or may lawfully retain.

Depending on applicable law and lawful basis, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Legal exceptions may apply.

Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may have a right to object. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Where EU GDPR applies, you may also have rights to complain to a competent EU/EEA supervisory authority.

DriverProfit's automatic transport calculations are a service feature and are not intended to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant personal effects about you.

We use reasonable technical/organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected compromise to info@transportprofit.eurotransporthub.com.

DriverProfit is not intended for people under 18.

We may update this Policy when processing, providers or law changes. We will show the current version/date and provide additional notice of material new uses where required.
