DriverProfit is an online transport quotation and cost-estimation service operated by Krzysztof Golebiowski, a sole trader trading as Transport Kris.

These Terms govern account creation, use of the trial period and paid use of DriverProfit. If you buy or use DriverProfit on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate account, billing and tax information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not share or manipulate accounts to bypass plan limits or security controls.

DriverProfit helps drivers and transport businesses estimate route distance/time, fuel usage and fuel cost, toll/ferry/other costs, driver costs where applicable, transport price, margin/profitability and saved quote history. Maps/routes may use HERE Technologies or another configured provider.

DriverProfit is not a carrier, freight broker, marketplace, accountant, tax adviser, financial adviser or legal adviser.

All calculations are estimates and decision-support information. Actual route, traffic, restrictions, fuel use, fuel prices, tolls, ferries, exchange rates, operating costs and working time may differ. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

You are responsible for checking the real commercial, operational, legal and tax position before quoting or accepting a job. DriverProfit does not guarantee profit.

The standard DriverProfit trial period currently provides 7 days and up to 5 quotes. It begins through the registration and e-mail verification process displayed by DriverProfit. The trial period does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge you unless you separately select and purchase a paid plan.

We may prevent repeated or abusive trial registrations.

DriverProfit may offer Starter, Business, Premium and future plans. A plan may be Monthly or Yearly and includes the quote allowance and features shown before purchase. The price, billing interval, allowance and applicable taxes displayed at purchase form part of the contract.

DriverProfit may sell additional quote packs separately. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, an extra quote pack is a one-off purchase, does not create a recurring subscription, and unused extra quotes remain on the account according to the product rules shown at purchase.

A paid Monthly or Yearly subscription automatically renews until cancelled, unless the purchase screen clearly says otherwise. By purchasing, you authorise Stripe to collect the recurring subscription amount and applicable taxes at each renewal.

Payments and subscription payment methods are processed through Stripe. DriverProfit does not store your full card number or CVC. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and your paid access may be restricted if payment remains unpaid, subject to applicable law and the actual Stripe subscription status.

VAT or other tax may depend on customer location and whether the customer buys as a Consumer or Business. You must provide accurate billing country, business status and VAT/tax information. The final amount and tax must be shown before payment confirmation. A valid business VAT/tax number may change the tax treatment where applicable law allows it.

Where upgrade/downgrade is available, the timing, proration, credit, amount and next-cycle effect are determined by the information displayed to you and the actual Stripe subscription data. DriverProfit must not present an unconfirmed effective date as confirmed.

You can manage/cancel through:

Where cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period:

• the subscription may remain Active until that date;
• DriverProfit may display Access until;
• paid access normally remains available until that date;
• no new renewal should be taken after the final end of the subscription.

Where Stripe permits it, you may be able to revoke a scheduled cancellation before the end date.

Ordinary cancellation of future renewal does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period. Statutory rights are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A person buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession may be a Consumer. Consumers may have statutory cooling-off, conformity and refund rights. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you ask for DriverProfit access to begin immediately during a statutory cooling-off period, this may affect the amount refundable where applicable law permits that result.

If you buy wholly or mainly for trade/professional use, you are a Business Customer. Consumer-only cancellation rights may not apply. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful use, material breach, security risk, deliberate circumvention of limits, service abuse or continuing non-payment. Where reasonably possible, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be given unless immediate action is required.

You must not use DriverProfit unlawfully; gain unauthorised access; interfere with security, quotas or rate limits; introduce malicious code; scrape/copy the service at scale without permission; reverse engineer except where law grants a non-excludable right; or resell/impersonate DriverProfit without authorisation.

DriverProfit software, branding, interface and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Your paid access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use DriverProfit during authorised access. You retain ownership of information you enter, subject to the processing rights necessary to provide the service.

DriverProfit may depend on Stripe, HERE Technologies, hosting, email services and other infrastructure providers. Their outages or data limitations may affect features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every third-party service.

We may fix bugs, apply security updates, improve calculations/interfaces, add/remove features and perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will not deliberately make a material adverse change to an existing Consumer contract without notice/remedy where applicable law requires it.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation.

For Consumers, liability remains subject to applicable consumer law.

For Business Customers, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential commercial loss, loss of profit, business, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from commercial decisions based on estimates. Our aggregate contractual liability relating to DriverProfit is limited to the subscription fees paid for DriverProfit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is unlawful.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. The version and date will be displayed. Material changes affecting existing paid rights will be notified where required. A Terms update will not remove mandatory statutory rights or silently rewrite an already-agreed price/commitment.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory Consumer protections.

If you are a Consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under law that cannot be excluded, including protections that may apply in your country of habitual residence.

For Business Customers, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
